Using besteam

besteam provides shared tools for business projects, collaboration and billing preparation. Use the service only for lawful work you are authorised to carry out. Keep account access secure and ensure you have permission to upload and share content.

Your organisation and your content

You retain your rights in your content. You allow Presgraphics to process that content to provide the features you use. Workspace owners are responsible for invitations, roles, sharing choices and the accuracy of their billing information. Do not use the service to distribute harmful code, invade privacy or bypass another user’s access controls.

Plans and availability

Your account includes one three-day trial, starting at first sign-in, with Besty within its usage limits and up to 10 invited collaborators. No card is required. After expiry, your own workspace is locked until you subscribe; invited access to other active workspaces continues. Expiry never deletes your account or workspace data. The pricing page describes workspace packages. A paid subscription begins only after an available checkout clearly presents the package, billing cycle, taxes, renewal and cancellation terms and confirms payment. Public information alone does not create a paid subscription. Feature availability and any metered allowances are shown before purchase.

Review important work

You remain responsible for project decisions, invoice accuracy and tax treatment. Automated calculations and AI assistance do not replace your review or professional advice. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular business result.
