Useful questions begin with real work
Try “Are there tasks related to this project?”, “What needs my attention?” or a follow-up about an item Besty has found. Mention the project or task clearly. Besty uses your permitted workspace context and the current section where available; it cannot answer reliably about information that was never recorded.
Your permissions travel with the question
Asking Besty does not grant wider access. Workspace membership, task visibility and sharing rights still apply. Private records and rate-card information remain subject to their access rules. A source link is a way to inspect the work, not a way to bypass its permissions.
Keep a conversation going
Open Besty from the floating launcher or its page. Citation links open in a new tab, leaving the chat available. Minimize the window to work, then resume the same conversation and draft. Signed-in conversations are saved privately in the account’s organisation context; you can search the history or delete a conversation.
Who gets Besty?
Your own active paid base plan or three-day trial includes Besty within usage limits. An invitation as a collaborator or an extra collaborator pack does not include personal assistant access. The public website assistant answers platform questions, not private workspace queries.
Review answers before acting
AI can misunderstand a question or produce an inaccurate answer. Open the source records and confirm important details. Relevant permitted context is sent to the configured AI provider, Google Gemini; the privacy policy explains provider processing. Besty is not unlimited AI, a meeting recorder or a replacement for your judgement.
