Billing, cancellation & refunds

Know what you are paying for

Plans are billed per workspace for the selected monthly, six-month or yearly period. Optional collaborator packs are charged separately. Applicable taxes and the total payable must be displayed before you confirm a purchase.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Subscriptions renew at your selected billing interval. Review the amount, applicable taxes and renewal details in secure checkout before paying. You can manage cancellation and payment details from Plans & workspaces in your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically request a refund. For a refund review, contact us with your payment reference. Any applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.

Billing help

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact team@presgraphics.com with your account email and payment reference. Do not send card numbers, security codes or banking passwords. We will investigate the payment record and explain the available resolution, including any applicable refund.
