After the trial, your workspace locks until you subscribe; your data stays intact and invited access to other active workspaces continues.

Workspace roles and record visibility distinguish internal work from client-facing content. Invite clients with the appropriate role and choose what you share with them.
Yes. Workspace owners can add a logo and brand colours. Each workspace can represent a different team, business or client relationship.
Maintain your service rate card, classify billable tasks and review eligible work within a date range. You can present itemised charges or consolidate the invoice, then apply discounts and tax calculations. You remain responsible for checking invoice and tax details.
Besty requires your own active paid base plan or three-day trial; invitations and collaborator packs do not include it. It searches work you are allowed to access. AI answers use permitted workspace context and are subject to usage allowances. Review important answers against their sources. Besty cannot make private records visible to someone without permission.
